Stayed the night before an early morning flight to Zurich. It was my second time back and I did not regret returning. Hotel is large, but not at all impersonal. Staff was super efficient. Got a room facing the courtyard (would have preferred one facing something busier). Room was not small. Bed was extremely comfortable. Having stayed at 4 airport hotels I can truly say that this is my favourite.

Woderful stay ,and thank you ,Chinese intern in Crowne Plaza Geneve The reception is so nice and helpful. I will give Crowne Plaza Geneva all 5 points of 5. The location is very good, near from airport. I got a ticket with which I could take the public transport in Geneva when I checked in and the room is very clean, bed is so comfortable, facilities are all good. The reception staff happened to be a Chinese intern, although I can speak English, German, French, I am still glad to see a staff that can speak Chinese. He is so elegant, nice and helpful. So right here I want to say thank you very much, you did a great job. Also other staff in hotel are so nice, they always act with smile, which made me feeling very welcome. I wish I could visit Geneva again and stay in Crowne Plaza Geneva in a near future, thank you all!.

Staying in this hotel is exactly what you would expect from staying at a Crown Plaza Hotel. Hotel is efficient and staff friendly and welcoming. A choice of places to eat and a very lively bar are all in the hotel. Great location for the airport and has a free shuttle bus

I spent a week at the Crown Plaza. Staff were amazing, food was great and the room was lovely! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through or visiting Geneva for an extended stay. City bus route on the hotel doorstep which make commuting a breeze.

We stopped one night for a business meeting close to Geneva. The airport shuttle only takes 10 minutes to and from the hotel and is for free. Booked the room through the IHG home page as a member - really good rate for Geneva! And I received an upgrade to club level which provides spacious newly renovated rooms with a good queen bed and a great bathroom. And a little table with some 4 seats where you can even invite business guests for a short private meeting. The Club lounge is great, as well as the Tapas bar downstairs. Definitely a very good choice for business travellers.

Recently visited the Crowne Plaza Geneva for a week for a business trip. From start to finish I cannot fault it. The staff in each department were nothing but helpful and went over and above to ensure my trip was both enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms are perfect size, not too small especially for longer stays. Rooms are kept very well and cleaned thoroughly each day. The fitness room and sauna were great and fit for purpose. Breakfast each morning ran very well, even with the large numbers in the hotel. The cooked breakfast wasn't for me, ill put that down to my picky taste but there were plenty of options for continental breakfast. The bar food was lovely and compared to the high prices in Geneva, it was reasonable enough. Having used the conference facilities, the conference team were excellent with superb attention to detail and a delight to deal with. The location is perfect for both business travellers and tourists, its 5 minutes from the airport which you can avail of the free shuttle bus to get to and from the airport. You also receive a free transport card on check in which allows you to use the public transport free of charge. The buses come regularly and in a timely fashion and bring you right into the center of Geneva in about 20 minutes. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely return if I find myself in Geneva again.

This is my third visit to the hotel and this visit was perfect. The room was very comfortable and so was the bed The Hotel has a delightful courtyard where we were served by an excellent steak accompanied by a superb wine recommended by an enchanting lady from Burgundy whose wine recommendation was outstanding. Normally I am suspicious of wine recommendations but I am so glad I took this one. After a flight from London Heathrow a perfect sunny evening dinning outside with excellent food and wine what better way to commence our Swiss holiday? It was a delight to check into a hotel without any problems. This was real Swiss hospitality. So far so good every time I have visited the hotel it has got better, with excellent public access to Geneva we stay at the hotel to visit Geneva.

Crowne Plaza was (almost) my 2nd home for 5 years. I really enjoyed every stay. It is great place to be if you are travelling alone for business...staff is always making you feel welcomed and not lonely...they take care to know your name, your preferences and provide really great service. The bar is always packed with people, very comfortable place to spend the evening after a long working day, too tired to go out...and - the best thing of all - THE BED! I have never had such good sleep as in this hotel - bed is amazing - you want to stay an extra night just so that you can take a long sleep in this amazing bed...do not hesitate to choose Crowne Plaza Geneva

Apart from all reviews 2 things happened that make me never forget this hotel and if I return to Geneva I ll come back surely. My flight was early and I had to catch the shuttle bus at 6 and restaurant not opened yet at 5:45 for breakfast, I found they arranged at the reception a small buffet with coffee tea and croissant for travelers that couldn't catch breakfast (this never occurred in another hotel for me before). Second thing, it seems that there are a lot of travelers for the first airport shuttle bus which has 1st journey started from 5:45 to 6:00. I found they autonomously without any request from me, they arranged a Mercedes car in front of the hotel to transfer me to the airport for free instead of the airport shuttle bus of the hotel. Thanks very much Crowne Plaza Geneva for the unforgettable souvenirs.
