we booked into this hotel for the last night of your trip to Switzerland and it worked out brilliantly. We travelled from Montreux in the morning and checked in at mid-day. The reception staff were friendly and helpfull explaining the easiest route into the centre of Geneva the bus stopped outside the door and works so well. The hotel is lovely the room we had had a large double and a little sitting area, there was complimentary water, coffee and chocolate. Breakfast was as expected busy, but there was a good selection for breakfast and a chef on hand. The breakfast room manager was very welcoming. There is an airport shuttle bus. I would recommend this hotel for staying before a flight.

Excellent Staff, try to help you out as your expectations, Free Shuttle to Airport every 20 minutes. Good breakfast and Deluxe rooms on the front side are having superb View morning till late evening. There is a Mall, Iranian&Moroccan Restaurant, Shopping mall near by, People should utilize free transport pass and look for Bus # 10. There is a convenience store open till 11PM next to the hotel.

We had made a long drive from Interlaken to Geneva to visit CERN and our check in with the help of the receptionist at the front desk set the tone for a superior one night stay. From the housekeeper, the helpful waiter in the restaurant to the friendly chatty bar manager from Leon there was nothing but welcoming, impeccable service. We were very impressed!
